Friday Inspiration **Intuition**

We want to remind you of the power of your intuition.

We all have been gifted with a natural intuitive ability
and it is our job to use that gift to the fullest.

Take a look in your life right now
and tune in to your intuition, your gut instinct,
and see what wisdom it wants to share with you right here and now.

Is it calling for you to make a change?
To begin to exercise more?
To let go of a team member?
To go for a new job?
To open up to a new love?

Practice tuning in to your intuition as often as possible,
so you can exercise it like a muscle,
and hone in on your intuitive gift.
Let this serve as a reminder for you to own the power of your intuition
so you can experience even bigger success!

Happy weekend!

Great reminder! Have you ever regretted trusting your gut? Probably not.

Amy Honey, great question! We've been discussing on our Success Coaching for Women calls, the difference between Instinct (which, yes, one CAN regret trusting) and Intuition (Which rarely we regret following). Instinct comes from old habits of survival and may not always serve our NEW or BEST knowing about what do to do/think in order to have the future we want. On the other hand, intuition represents a connection TO that desired future - when you ask yourself what your intuition is telling you, you should be asking "is this thought or action aligned with the FUTURE I'm wanting to create?" and that gives you the necessary reference point to make successful choices about what to think or do at any given time. So, Instinct is survival and past based; Intuition is vision and future-based. You can regret trusting the former; rarely will the latter steer you wrong. - Melissa
